Trailer Floor Waterproofing

I have a few older trailers in my fleet that appear to be leaking water through the floor. Does anyone know of an effective solution or a company that can fix this problem? Any ideas would be much appreciated.

Waterproofing

This is a common problem usually along the side rails. It is usually easy to fix by applying a caulking bead from the underside of the trailer. I get my road service guy to do this outside where there is more light.
