I`ve done a few loads this year for Traffix. Last two payments have come in at 3 weeks from invoice date.

Finally a reply after I involved the dispatch department. I've been told by Kamila at Traffix that they have changed their regular payment terms from 15 days to 40 days with no heads up or mention of the new terms on the contract.

have dealt with Traffix for numerous years, no issues, average days to pay was always in the 30 range, but lately have been closer to 45

What does the load sheet say? That is what you should go by. Them as well.

Welcome to being a bank for people that can't pay their bills on time. A company like this should be financed well enough to get through times like these.

When they start hoarding the money, isn't it the sign..... Buyer be aware!

and if you cant pay your bills then don't give to carrier that you will never pay
the carriers are no working for free

Does Traffix require originals for their quick pay program?

Anyone dealt with Traffix recently?
They've been in active in our system for a few years due to payment issues.
Wanted to see if they've gotten better as we are being ask to quote on business.

We've been working with them fairly often for the past couple years, currently at 60 days to receive payment but it's consistent and they're generally able to resolve any questions we have for them.

They just need to be consistant with payments and communication
