I just reviewed our business relationship with Traffic Tech. All of our invoices are paid in under 50 days with most between the 35 -40 days. We have had no issues with payment and we have numerous invoices each week. My staff has not said anything about challenges with communication.
I don't know if it's the account we are hauling for or the dispatch/sales team that we get the loads from but our experience with Traffic Tech has been good. The only negative mark on the review is that they do not do EFT payments.

Just a side note:
We have weighted Direct Deposit/EFT higher on our relationship reviews due to the amount of fraud/theft of cheques and the time it takes in the whole process for both the cheque provider and for us to process it.
If you continue to send cheques, you should definitely look into getting in the 2020's and getting an EFT process completed sooner than later.

I assuming this is true, no reason to not believe it, that they would take a more active approach to trying to clear their name up.

But then again, this is TT we are talking about and the ego's there are massive.
 
My experience hasn't been positive with them. Slow payer, usually 90 day range. Many calls/emails to get paid. They sold their building and moved to much smaller space, many people left. I'm avoiding them as it doesn't look like they are trending in the right direction.

Our Experience is pretty much the same with them.

We do couple of regular lanes, weekly with them. never have to ask for payment. It is paid with in 48 days by check. Don't see any notes saying anything bad about them.
