They just sent an updated "new contract" I got through about 6 of the 10 pages and have stroked out about 7 paragraphs only to realize they have sent the contract over already signed on their end which to me is not cool. So I have asked for an unsigned contract so they can acknowledge the changes I have made. It will be interesting if they do send one, if they take the load back or what.

Send them back the contract that you have made changes to. Be sure to initial all of the changes you've made. If they don't like the "revised" contract, I'm sure they'll let you know. At the very least, you've demonstrated to them that you are diligent about what you are asked to sign.

They booked a load with me and said that they need us to fill out a new contract. I told them it would take at least two weeks for it to get looked at, edited and sent back to me so I could send it to them, you know, corporate takes some time. Oddly enough we are moving the load without having to fill it in.
