Makes me wonder how they got so big so fast. I really don't get it.
I've notice this ... ridiculous from me to ask the broker BUT I start to ask them on every unfamiliar load if this line is regular for them... I do believe in some kind of training that they MUST provide to everyone before hiring ... training like "what you need from your client if shipment is crossing the border" or at least "how to handle an issue without calling names and/or raising the voice"ZoCNX, you have to realize that there is no one with experience at TQL. No one ever stays there long enough. Once they figure it out they move on.
no, no training really except how to use the phone system maybe...I've notice this ... ridiculous from me to ask the broker BUT I start to ask them on every unfamiliar load if this line is regular for them... Nothing personal.... just tired from this Deja Vu on every load with them
... I just need to share it.....Yesterday "mess" shipment was delivered and offloaded this early morning. I did let them know about IN/OUT time, we did couple jokes about how "smooth" this shipment went (all this vie EMAIL)... 45 minutes later I'm receiving a phone call from same guy asking on the status of this shipment (delivered? offloaded?)...
...taking about scary...
