Total Logistics Solutions

D&B (for what it's worth) says: Paydex of 35 (90 days) - RAM Score of 3.05 (Deliquency % of between 42 & 52%)

I would be doing COD or staying away altogether makes a lot of sense...

Its too bad we didn't see this prior to taking 2 loads. Unfortunately when we searched nothing came up??? Anyway we have 2 outstanding invoices from April. They agreed to our terms and when we went looking for payment they advised their term 90. We even invoiced their customer who apparently doesn't care...got to love that..

Rita,

Did you finally receive your monies from Total Logistics Solutions?

Anyone else still owed monies by this company?

On our DNU list as of July 2012.

We had to stop service and get the shipper/receiver involved as many invoices were left unpaid or short paid.
He booked numerous loads as full loads and the trailers were sealed but because the shipper did not fill the trailer to capacity he short paid the invoices to rates he felt were acceptable (which were not even close).

He booked freight with the payer as skid rates but booked us as full loads.

That's exactly what I did. And interestingly enough, the demeanour shift and the anger when I asked for credit references told me everything I needed to know. Thanks for the great info, everyone.

I don't know what it is about that particular industrial park. But it doesn't just apply to freight brokerages, there are a lot of marginal players in industry in that area. Puzzling.
