Anyone have any information on these guys located in Mississauga? They agreed to our payment terms of 7 days, we extend their term to 30 days. When we called for payment they advised us they are paying 90 days. We explained that was not acceptable and they should have been upfront with that info. Too bad so sad was their response.

Rita,

If they agreed to pay your invoice in 7 days - and now THEY changed the terms to 90 - invoice their customer directly.

Send the invoice by mail with the POD to their customer. Wait a few days - then call looking for payment on it. If they question the charge - simply advise them Total Logistics failed to pay in 7 days - defaulted on their obligation - now they are responsible for it. And keep hounding for the monies owed. They will likely call up Total Logistics and your payment will show up - from someone. You don't care where it comes from....

Submit a complaint to Link also - get it on record their non payment. There are past posts regarding this outfit - I am sure there are others still waiting on monies owed.

Sorry, is this the same company as Total Logistics Solutions?

Total Logistics Control/Trucking
1330 Martin Grove Road
Toronto, Ontario
M9W 4X3

I show them out of Mississauga not Toronto and only around since March 2011. I did invoice their customer and their customer contacted them and they (Total Logistics Solutions) still didn't care.

Will see what happens when I follow up their customer for payment.

Thanks for your replies and assistance.

Not the same company. Total Logistics Control is actually based in the Montreal area (Vaudreuil) with the terminal in Brampton -- was on Martin Grove but moved probably 3 years ago at least? That one brokers freight but also has plenty of their own trucks.

Steve Redpath

On our DNU list....

We had to stop service and get the shipper/receiver involved as many invoices were left unpaid or short paid.
He booked numerous loads as full loads and the trailers were sealed but because the shipper did not fill the trailer to capacity he short paid the invoices to rates he felt were acceptable (which were not even close).

He booked freight with the payer as skid rates but booked us as full loads.

Steve Redpath & Total Logistics Solutions has been on our Do Not Service list for a while now....

quick forum search on "Redpath" will result in more threads

Anyone still owed money from Total? Been by their office 4 times and doors been locked every time but Steve answers phone calls from unrecognized telephone numbers and claims he is still in business but just not in the office today every single time. Its all baloney and I believe he is on his last legs once again.

Anyone know where Steve Redpath is now, as he is no longer with Traffic Tech for over a year or so?
