We called to check on pick up and were told truck was on his way. Later customer informed us that truck had not arrived for the pick up. We called then only to be told "I'll call you back". As you guessed we had to call them back a couple of times to find out where truck was. He said he had just gotten ahold of his driver and that he would pick up the next day. When we told him not to bother we would have someone else pick up the load in the morning he lost his mind. Our policy is to quickly weed out the good from the bad. Even thought this was our first time with Topline the experience was not a good one. He lied, gave us the run around and then gave us every excuse as to why it was his drivers fault and not his. On top of it his when told him that we were assigning another carrier to the load his only recourse was to yell and scream, "Bro you don't know who your dealing with Bro, I'll get you, you'll see Bro".
