We realized selling the freight at below operating cost and taking advantage of people who are already doing shady business too makes us a lot more money so we got rid of our costly assets and use other peoples now.

We like that our load pimping business still looks like a trucking company...it helps win gullible customers over who don't realize we're selling 98% of their business to the cheapest truck we can find even though our sales guy might be promising them something different.
I laugh every time I see TECHNOLOGY KEEPS OUR CUSTOMERS WITH US. NOOOOO your cheap rates do, raise them 5-15% the customer would gut them for the next cheapest guy in line trying to do the exact same thing. JUST BE HONEST. I would have more respect for these people if they came on and said yeah you know, we made a lot more money this quarter because the rates have completely fallen and we're taking advantage of the market. They are not saving face when every person who does ACTUAL business with them knows how they operate. Its a fluff piece.
