Just a heads up to all. This small outfit seems to have no intentions of paying any invoices. We have two small invoices from November outstanding and getting nothing but the run-around. Funniest thing is, when our brokerage division used them as a carrier, we paid within 30 day terms as always...now that the shoe is on the other foot, no reciprocation. Their D&B rating is tumbling now, it would seem obvious that they are just trying to sell whatever freight they can before going belly-up.
Please be vigilant if anyone gets a call from them.

This is no surprise at all. The owner of TFE is the former owner of Kariologic Logistics (John) - who burned alot of people.

If the amounts are small - call everyone on the bill and advise them - if you haven't already. Be thankful you didn't get in deeper with this outfit - for alot more money....I'm sure there are quite a few unlucky ones - who unfortunately will be burned yet again....
 
John is now at Chicago Transport - Cell # 438-289-1899
I'm not sure in what capacity he serves at his new company.

As far as the service goes, Chicago Transport has moved 5 loads for us in the last week, all picked up and delivered on time
 
Check your paperwork might not be Chicago Transport delivering them. Like Kariologic and TFE double brokered all loads. Also John is answering the Chicago Transport Line.
 
I don't know about the other two companies, but I can vouch for Chicago Transport, since I know the owner personally. This John character was hired by them as a dispatcher only. If you do work with Chicago Transport, your money will be safe.
