Tetra Network Freight Solutions / XAN Systems booked a load with us and the rate confirmation clearly stated 45 days payment terms.
After repeated follow-ups, they first kept delaying with vague responses like “awaiting upper management approval,” and then suddenly claimed their payment terms are actually 90 days, even though that was never stated on the rate confirmation we booked.
You cannot change payment terms after the load is delivered.
If your rate con says 45 days, you pay in 45 days — not 120+ days later after endless excuses.
Their responses have been unprofessional, misleading, and clearly designed to delay payment as long as possible.
We are now proceeding with:
Carriers: be extremely careful before hauling for this company.
