We did a load last month for these people out of Tennessee, today we get a letter offering us 70% of the $1,900 thye owe us. They are going broke but offering 70 cents on the dollar while they re-structure. What a brilliant way to lower thier debt, the reputation takes a bit of a dent but they owe 1.7 million. Who in thier right mind wouldn't accept 70%?

If anyone does a load for them make sure you add on 30% fuel surcharge.

Or they do that to 1 off carriers hoping to make a good profit knowing that they will not deal with you again.

They were just bought by Celadon under distress actually. They would have been done if Celadon hadn't stepped in.

Celadon is on a buying spree, BTW.
