We used them about 20 times in 2010 (nothing in 2011 yet). Always P/U'd and DEL'd when requested.

Nice people. Past experience has been same as above (does what they say they will do) with exception that they did contract to another company working on their behalf for pickups and didn't tell us, making tracing seem like pulling teeth. When we found out why the dispatcher didn't seem to have answers, it was because the driver who showed up was not a Vogler driver. That bit of info would have been helpful. Dispatch did not have direct control and communication with the driver.

TVT in 2010 was in financial problems and where baled out by Transit Trailer in Chatham, more concerned with chrome on his trucks then paying his bills

What a statement they are fine now pay between 60 to 90 days?????? That is not being fine now that is using your money because no one else is stupid enough to give them a loan or credit.
