He was to pickup yesterday but finally told us his driver would be sleeping at the dock today to pickup first thing.

His driver wasn't at our customers this morning so we called for an update. Court told me that he brought his driver back and hung up.

Court?-Breast?

:confused:I hope that is not same Court that used to work for B.R.E.A.S.T??? i had a problem with a load that i gave him when he was a Breast ... made things very dificult and then denied ever talking to me??? becarefull ... if it's same guy :)

Isn't Court still working for B.R.E.S.T. ?
I thought he called me the other day on some freight and I told him it was covered. Has he changed companies?

Tbn

He was removed from BREST on the 9th and started at TBN on the 10th.
But don't think things have gotten better at BREST now that he is gone cause it hasn't. Not yet anyway. They have done some rearranging and restructuring. There's a bunch of new people. I gave them a second chance after I found out Court was gone. Gave 3 loads to Jeremy and they messed up 2 out of 3. I have since blocked them...no more chances.

He was 'removed' Interesting choice of words!

BREST are on our do not use list, they are still a nightmare whether Court is there or not. Now I'll have to put TBN on the do not use list as well. I wonder if they realize what type of person they've hired.

Tbn

In case you don't already know they have 2 Link accounts. B.R.E.S.T and Best Reliable Established Safe Transportation I have excluded both.

Actually lots of changes have been made at Brest they hired Ed formerly of Venus and D&D and he dosent booking any thing he cant deliver

My dispatch gave a load to TBN and Cort said it was picked up yesterday but it hasn't delivered yet to day and we've just found out that it wasn't even picked up yesterday.

Now TBN will have to go along with BREST on our do not use list.

all those people who thought they couls sneak through this industry and nobody would remember there shannagins,,,well you where wrong...lol..ya i've known cort from both places and it's not changed one bit..let's stick on top of this people..lol.

I was an operations manager @ TBN for a short while. I was hired there to attempt to fix some operational shortcomings and increase the business. My experience there was that TBN is a family owned and operated business with good ethics. Tony is the principal owner, along with his wife, Lynn. Jason (Tony's Son in Law) is currently running the operations along with Court.

I left the company on good terms when I had to tend to an ill parent in the US.

This company is operating a good business and I can personally say that there is nothing undue towards good practice going on there and I'm sure that all freight companies experience a service failure once in a while.

is Cort the "brokerage" division?

He always seems to cancel last minute like a double broker would when he can't find a truck...

Gave TBN, namely Cort, a rush shipment to FL on a Friday PM for Monday delivery. Paid close to $3000. P/u was good, delivery not bad, Wednesday AM.

Missed the boat and I guess they miss my next available freight!!

He must not have heard your instructions because he carries on 5 different conversations while he is speaking to you on the phone!! :)

Just so you guys know Cort is not at TBN anymore. (Thank God) He has moved on to Hygrid Logistics in Etobicoke. So beware of Hygrid now.

Thanks for the info... I will not give freight to any carrier that Cort works for. Too many service failures and everyone came with that "I don't care" attitude.
