Anyone else having problems collecting from these guys? I spent a lot of time calling kept getting their voicemail and when I finally sent a demand letter got the controller and advised him we would contact the consignee for payment and he advised us to go ahead. Which we are. WATCH these guys!!:mad:

Make sure you contact complaints@linklogi.com and ask for a template to complete for a non-paying carrier/broker. They will forward to D&B. I assume payment terms on the BOL are collect? How many days have they aged to so far?

On a side note, TBN was cut off by a couple of brokers a few years ago because of lousy service. I suspect little has changed that way.
 
Still in business. They did a Kansas City MO to Hamilton ON load for us this year. Completed no problems.
