Yep,

They've handled about a dozen for us in the last 6 months...

Picks up on time, delivers on time.

Would be happy to work with next time we line up.

So this didn't turn out well. It was for a pick up today @ 3pm in TX. They called the shipper to tell them they weren't going to be there until 10pm(after I checked to see if we were all good this morning) or if they could load on Saturday but never bothered to tell us until I then received an email from the shipper for authorzation to pay overtime for the crew to load. All said and done we woulden't pay that and advised them at which point pick up would have to be Monday and he would call me back to confirm Monday pick up was no problem. Never called back, I had to call him. and of course they coulden't handle it.

I would be careful if using them

I'm sorry to hear that, I will be keeping a close eye on future service.

Don't you hate it when arrangements are made with a shipper and not you? Funny, you are the one paying for a service...

Any feedback on this one? Now called Surge Transport it seems.

Considering giving them a load.....
