T4A moratorium officially lifted, CRA reports

Sounds good but how will they implement as we all know the rule breakers couldn't give two shits about the rules so what makes folks think they will comply here? They won't and if they get caught the card will be played. Same as the article yesterday bitching about enforcement in GTA on Driver Inc saying why here you are picking on us just and just because we deserve it we are playing the card. Like John Derringer said when asked why he robbed banks.. Because that is where the money is well GTA they are checking cause that is where the Driver Inc is..
