Call Len every day but get him on the line once every 2 weeks at which time I am told cheque will go out "this Friday" two weeks later I get a hold of him and it's "this Friday" have played that scenario out for 6 weeks now. I hoping "this Friday" turns out to be true after 90 days.

Yeah he's not easy to deal with. I have a bit of an advantage cause they do freight for me so I just ask if he wants to wait 90 or more days for his money.

Actual location
Synergy's actual location is at 33 Newbridge Rd. the old CP crossdock facility off of Shorncliff Rd. Etobicoke. That is their main office the Oakville address is their mailing address.
I guess living off the high hog has caught up with them. I guess low rates needs high volume- low volume means slow payments.

Just picked up a cheque over 90 days, and they play it off like it is nothing. Len is the guy to to deal with if you want to get paid.....very frustrating...

Just received payment from them last week. Took over 150 days for payment, multiple promises, etc. Had them in collections for months.

They got their Karma slap from me.
I had about $900 out standing over 90+ days probably closer to 120, they kept asking to refax the invoice, finally received a cheque from them.
I used them to move a skid and am putting them through their own paces as far as payment. I will wait until it get to 150, then send them a post dated.
