Synergy owes us for over 224 days and always an excuse. As per AP person doing cheques this week. Story after story. The sad part is that I know the AP person and she knows what I will do if I do not get paid. I would advise no one to use them unless they get paid up front.

I loved it when they called looking for freight and gave redonkulously cheap rates (yes, I used "redonkulous" in a sentence today) after they were cut off and had to tell them that the last order they touched damaged a client relationship. That was like 2 or 3 years ago. If they did their job properly and didn't take a cavalier approach when things went wrong, they'd be real competition for a company like Polaris. They're just another consolidator that uses agents and sells a service matrix with a cheap price. I'm surprised they are still in business to this day.

So with you two on them, cut off about that time we were doing outbound for them and had to sell them inbound to get paid!!! Unreal to deal with and wish people would stop giving them freight just bottom of the barrel!

I have been promised payment for Friday and I would think that I will get paid because I used to work with the AP person and she knows how I am when it comes to money being owed. She also knows that I would not blink twice and take them to Small Claims Court, even for a small amount.

I will keep you posted.

Same here. Cut them off years ago. Service was unacceptable. Guess you get what you pay for.

I second the payment terms that Synergy offered when we were servicing freight on their behalf....we had to fight for payment when finally received it was at the 90 day mark....and OMG out of the 370 shipments we handled in a one year span for them there were two late deliveries and we received the right hand over our backs for that....I refused to work with them again.

I know its easy to blame the AR person but she or he can only write the cheques that the signing officer allows and will actually sign.

I hear you, our Operations Manager knows the owner quite well, and yet, he won't even return his phone calls.
We will never deal with Synergy again.....VERY BAD COMPANY!!!
