Synergy on Newbridge

We got paid after I contacted the shipper and all of a sudden Synergy called in and said chq was ready for p/u..lol..
Lets every time contact their clients so they know this broker they use is not paying their bills.

We used to do Quebec LTL for Synergy when I was for another company. Their freight is ALWAYS LATE to deliver, then they would expect us to have it all out and delivered by noon when their transport pulled in at our docks at 11.... and call the sh.t outta you all day to check on their freight. We had WELL over 100 days invoices with them and had to hold on to their freight to get paid many times....¸

We have had issues with payment on this company as well so we put them on COD. They grudgingly agreed to a load because they had to move it and the cheque we received for that load bounced.

They then agreed to another load that was cash before delivery plus the monies from the bounced cheque which turned into a very ugly situation when it was found out that the freight was double brokered and original carrier was calling me to get it moving. Unfortunately the original carrier didn't want to pay the money for the bounced cheque and he had to wait over a week to get his freight delivered until Synergy could get the cash to us before delivering it.

Synergy is on our DNU list for now.
