Syndicate Group shows on their SAFER profile a physical address in Brampton and a mailing address out of Caledon. Their SAFER shows a 1 truck company with a remakable 981,000 miles driven in one year which doesn't make any sense. Like you said, their website shows no address and only one phone number and one email address to contact them.
I would definitely get a lot more information before giving them a load and for sure follow up with the shipper as to what it says on the door of the truck. If you don't do your due diligence you will be spending a lot of time trying to get answers from nobody.

I have a Crownlink Transportation in my system from that same Brampton address. The booked a load and they canceled 3 hours after pu time and many calls and emails saying on his way one and only time we tried.
