Has anyone had any dealings, good or bad, with this company? Plan on using them for the first time tomorrow. All replies are appreciated.

Nice guys and service is usually ok. Have used them over 3 years now and when they commit they follow thru. Not saying they don't have issues at times but they are accountable. Still use them pretty regular

No good

The communications from them are terrible. We were using them sometimes on loads from WA/OR to AB, they wouldn't pick up when they said and wouldn't let us know timely of any trouble setting deliveries out there.

They got me into some trouble with one of my customers. I believe they've been put on DNU here.

Go by Supreme Chain now. have been using them for about 6 years. They do have issues at times, no worse than anyone. On our loads always follow thru once commited. Will continue to use them.

Used them this month to bring a load in from the U.S. Picked up and delivered as promised

caught them double brokering one of our loads OR to BC, claimed they broke down and hired carrier to get it done.........................

Used them years ago and gave them plenty of chances . Lots of lies and false promises . Would only consider if I was in a bind to move something .

By any chance was it St. Helens, OR to All Roc?

I just had a little falling out with these guys just now and read up on them. Looking at our previous load history we had something with them at the time you described.
