Have given them 3 shipments in 2012 (all Full Loads).

They all picked up and delivered as requested.

I would use them again.

45 shipments with them this year so far. 3 moving loads with them as we speak. They are one of the good ones. Highly recommend.

I booked a load with them that was a trade show. I stressed that it was a trade show booth and they agreed to take it. This morning I called to check on it and the driver checked in at 8am and was waiting to get loaded. Around 10:30 I get a call saying they are still waiting, which i explained it is a trade show there is almost always wait time and for the driver to keep track of his in and out times. At noon I get a call saying their policy is that they do not accept trade show booths as loads and need to cancel the load. I asked why when I booked the load did they not tell me that they don't do trade shows. They told me it was a new employee that had booked it but I was also not told once by the other employee that was giving me updates that they do not do trade shows. Basically they left and are asking we still pay the wait time.

Would not use again

they cancelled 2 loads like week, we gave them another chance. And they cancelled 2 loads this week, just hours before pick up again.

Last week we did not as we had a back up and we were trying to establish a long term relationship with someone that can run that lane consistently.

This week, oh yea we did lol.

I believe they are a pepsico carrier (or used to be not sure), usually they grab back hauls or outbounds to limit the empty miles to and from Pepsi's DC's. If they find better paying freight or closer to where their trucks need to be for pepsico's pick up's they'll drop your load. Not condoning the practice, but not surprised either.
