This is the same guy that was kicked out of the Raptors ECF game. Here is the video:

He said his nephew, who was married with young children, had moved to Toronto a few years ago and was running a trucking company with a friend.
Sukh Deo was well-known to police in the Lower Mainland and was a suspect in at least one continuing investigation here at the time of his murder.

His brother Harjit was convicted in a 2005 gangland kidnapping along with others in the Independent Soldiers gang. The kidnap victim had been held in the garage of the Deo family home in New Westminster, where police later arrested several suspects.

Anyone know which company this guy operated?

He moved here recently from Vancouver. My guess is he was trying to get away because he pissed someone off but they were mad enough to come after him here.

People are speculating that they found him from the raptors game. Who knows though? The more important question is which trucking company he operated.

He came from Vancouver to Ontario to START a trucking business. He was not operating yet.

Don't they all come to Ontario to "start" a trucking business? I really wished that tidbit about him getting into trucking wasn't mentioned on the news. Another instance of "shitty light" being put on the industry.

Agree with Rob - if the family is already on law enforcements "radar" - why are they still here? And did you see the size of their homes? Wow...3+ million for each. We're in the wrong business I tell ya....

Agreed,

I prefer to gain praises from clients, carriers and sleep well at night (on middle thread count cotton sheets) rather than be killed in an alley like a POS.

Just sayin'

Probably involved with Low Risk Logistics at 340 Rexdale. Amritbal Gill and the owners of Low Risk. Drug bust there a year and half ago. @ member Mario...... you don't double broker loads? you were handing off loads to your internal brokerage and sued all the drivers! And always getting sued by landlords.

I never deel with low risk logistics but I deel with loadking trailer rentals I think low risk own load king. Always staff wear jackets and partners.

I see Amritpal Gill on google associated with a drug bust. Does anyone know which trucking company Sukh Deo was involved with?

Should have had bullet proof glass installed. I'm not trying to make light of a death, but live by the sword die by the sword...

Keep well,
Mike
