Hello everyone, anyone have current info on this guys? I can't find them on link....

According to SAFER, their MC & DOT numbers are inactive. Looks like they are / were a carrier as well. Last roadside inspection was Nov 2014. I'm wondering if something is wrong here or did they simply stop being a carrier and switch to brokerage? I would call them and get their MC#, bond info, insurance, etc, etc....
The MC #610197 and US DOT #1658882 are both inactive. Maybe they have a new MC?
 
They must be playing the game here. Jessy's dad had a partnership with some one in Broad pacific with the promise that he will be paying his share of money after some time.( he did not had money to begin with) business start growing. Then Jessy came in picture as drop off from high school to do the dispatch. Other owner was on the road driving. Jessy, started another company on side and started moving money to that company and took Broad Pacific to the ground ask other owner to feed more money into the company. other owner never got paid for driving company trucks. long story short, company had to close and Jessy and dad end up taking 50% of assets without even putting penny in the company and other owner left with bills to pay. And he started Stoney point with that money. at the start of Broad Pacific, Jessy and dad were living in the basement and nothing. now he is running big warehouse for Traffic Tech out of Delta and living in big house in just 5-6 years. I did see truck with their name on it few months ago. I will try to dig more information.
 
@bigt thank you! we indeed got payment some time around 90 days, but we chased the customer to get payment, if you will find more info, post it here
