Stolen Load Bhathal truck line BDA BTL Express

We got scammed on a load.

The people who booked the load were using BTL Express's information, but it now appears the carrier packet was fake/fraudulent. They communicated through email, accepted the load, and later claimed it was delivered, but never provided a POD. After that, they stopped replying to emails and blocked our phone calls.

Where did the load originate and what was the destination?
Did someone call the police with the plate number that you can clearly see?

I would bet that it won't be long before a carrier calls the shipper and receiver demanding a pile of money for delivery of the goods. If that happens, have the police available to charge someone for extortion.

Just as an aside, the domain btlexpress.com is now just over 90 days old and the phone number listed above does not have any google results. A quick look to the real Bhathal Truck Line website would show their number that you could confirm the load. That company area code number (306) does not match the area code (406) from the email. It is blatantly apparent that this individual took you for a ride you won't forget. You had better update your carrier onboarding procedures.

Okay guys, hate to join in here however we have also been scammed by Bathal trucklines, they picked up two of my loads going to the States and now they are unresponsive. If anyone has had success in getting in touch with them or having more info on this matter please reach out!

The picture is too grainy to get a good view of the logo on the door. Maybe the camera system has better zoom option? There also does not appear to be any lettering on the side of the truck like the CVOR or MC number.

The Volvo in the OP is different from the second post (notice the missing decal on the passenger door and moose bumper difference) but with your camera system you should be able to zoom and get a great picture of the plate on the trailer. The front license plate of the tractor looks like 6 digits so you're likely dealing with a plate outside of Ontario.

Where was the shipment loaded? For both reports this is critical information to help us find these units.

Sorry @Jim L , but I am sure it's the same truck and bumper. Bumper consist of three items.Right side is a separate part and was salvaged from another truck, replaced but not painted red.

The truck from the OP - @Marylin and the truck from @Etobicoke are obviously different.
The chrome trim on the bottom the cab, the bumper, the colour are different.
