Step Deck - 36" Low pro - Recommendations?

We have a project move coming up to move a 20' container to various locations throughout the country. Due to the loading / unloading apparatus they are using, we require a 36" low pro step deck. Can anyone make recommendations for carriers that may have this equipment for the following lanes:

GTA to Fredericton, NB
Quebec city to Fredericton, NB
GTA to Windsor, ON
GTA to Vancouver, BC
Vancouver, BC to Edmonton, AB
