Caught double brokering a load, not paying. Have been working to collect from them with the assistance of the original broker.

Picked up a rubber cheque last week after receiving the runaround on getting the cheque signed... back at getting the money again this week.

Double brokered one of my loads. We are paying the carrier who hauled the load directly.
 
Good morning! Should someone have moved some East Angus, QC to Shelby, OH recently for them, please give me a shout. We gave them those loads but seeing this, payments are on hold for now. Want to pay the actual carrier :)

PM me without hesitation.
 
Does anyone have a good number for these guys.... seems like they ran away and phones are dead now?
 
its dead now, I found a 250 that rings about 10 times and goes dead
 
So we got another carrier asking for payment for statehood......

This is 2 now and we are struggling finding them, anyone have a 411 on the owner and location...??

On a W-8BEN filing Jan 1/99 (wow), the name was Harkirat Singh at 17 Southbend Dr., Brampton. A names search done today shows 6 Harkirat Singh in Peel Region but none on Southbend.
If you really want to proceed against him personally, send me a PM.
