I am not 100% but am up around 80%, as my investigation continues, that these guys are affiliated with J&A Services that also has a thread on here about double brokering. We had an issue with J&A double brokering our loads and a few of them were to Startrack. I called Startrack to advise them of the issue and offered to pay them directly and they refused to deal with the issue. A few month later they tried to collect, even though they use a factoring company, and when we ask for there factoring contact info...it was nothing but crickets. Not sure if they are trying to collect behind the factors back or what the deal is but the whole situation is fishy.
