We paid truck load rate for flat bed freight and we knew they were putting 1 other skid on. Turns out they put a lot more freight on, at scale they were overweight and chose our freight to leave at a tow company. Took 11 days to deliver what should have been 4 days and lied the whole time saying the driver had a flat, driver was out of hours etc. Turns out dispatcher arranged to have the freight removed so they knew all along. They did reduce the invoice by $200. because they were late.
