We have an UNPAID invoice sitting here since May 02, 2016 for $104.00 USD lumper fee...

If their honesty limit is $104 USD one should wonder !!!

Call them and ask for Andy.. he's the owner and I seriously doubt that he's going to allow an outstanding $104 invoice give them a bad name.

I have never had a problem with Star Van Systems. It must be an oversight.

More likely the $104 is in dispute or was overlooked. Star Van has been around for a long time and I very much doubt they'd have trouble making good on $104.00 owing if they feel it is legitimate.

I believe you are right FB. Earlier post said it was for a lumper fee. Probably not stated in original load confirmation and was verbally agreed to by someone who is not there anymore or has forgotten about it.

I never had a problem with Star Vans Systems (S.V.S). They always have answered the phone/email without issue. Are you sure you're not confusing them with someone else?

Yes I'm sure. We have a bit of a unique situation. We have worked with them for years without issue as well....just looking for another option to try to have our problem resolved.
