I am curious to see how many other companies are experiencing the same amount of staff off with illness, particularly this respiratory virus? We have been hearing about it on the news for weeks but recently it has hit close to home for us with up to 1/2 of our team in sick bay. With a small staff to start with the effects are dramatic. Is anyone else having to deal with this? If there is any saving grace to this messy situation, it’s business seems somewhat slow right now and the reduced staff appear to be able to keep pace. I will be glad when this is behind us.

Our office to a certain extent is still following the social distance methodology.
Even though we have eased pretty much all mandates, it helps that we have a few staff that are in the 50 to 60 age range, so for the most part, they're keeping the younger folks in line.

Our company still lives by the philosophy, "if you are sick; stay at home"

I guess that old saying is true…”misery loves company”! Just another reason why if running your own business was easy…..everybody would do it! Thanks for the responses, I suppose I should take comfort in knowing we are not alone with these challenges. Well, only another three weeks, then off again to sunny and hot Mexico for a month!
