A member posted partial information of a complaint posted on another site that did not include the companies listed in the thread title. The post was been removed for being off topic, as were the replies to that post.
Post the link if you wish to another site, no problem there. Post the entire complaint if you wish, please don't post partial information that excludes the accused party's details as it could have been copied from anywhere about anyone.

* There is no way to post the Link to a paid site, and I should have thought about the fact that someone would post erroneous information, although that has never been my style I apologize for the shenanigans. See attached with the information for SSP at the top of the search including their MC and address, followed by the complaints I had posted previously. They have a C* Rating with the Truckstop.

Looks like in general there are mixed reviews, some very positive and some not so much.

I used them quite a bit and asked about the double brokering, the response I received was "we don't double broker YOUR freight..." Not exactly the warm and fuzzy I was looking for.

Yep, SSP is known for this.
Do 1 load and immediately that BOL is with sales and they are calling the client up.
They went into 2 separate customers that I have confirmed, they called on a load Friday and I confronted them. The response was that the trucking side is not related to the Logistics side, and I asked well how did your logistics side get my customers information? Again it isn't a customer you would stumble upon. Don't use these scumbags, luckily both customers were not interested. They had been previously been DNU for shoddy service, and possible double brokering, just spreading awareness.
Gave them a load. A few weeks pass by and we found out they contacted our shipper directly. Our shipper took them in I am guessing because they low balled the rates and now they stole our customer. These guys have no ethics. If you are a broker that's been screwed by them please report them on freight guard (carrier411). Others have told me as well that SSP grew so fast by stealing customers by lowballing rates.
