Ah they are just lying then. They misquoted it awhile back, attempt to move it for a profit and will eventually take the loss when the customer complains enough. Standard brokerage right now

spot rate going west to east sometimes goes so low, sometimes i get 45 calls when i post ab to Toronto

there are also times when its the opposite and not 1 truck calls and everything is 4000.000
