I last worked with them two years ago and the service level was good. Only stopped giving them orders as a result of my Customer going out of business.
They are a small Company and as such, needs some "flexibility" when reviewing potential shipments. However, they do what they say they will do.
I would highly recommend adding this Carrier to your portfolio of Carriers.
