G Roch Angus ON to Edison NJ is really Barrie to East Brunswick NJ from Cargomaster in TX If their CO BROKERING is so legal and up and up why the cloak and dagger routine PS they are paying 800 CDN

G Roch

That is unreal. They are the biggest buch of crooks around. This is Bull Shit. I get so sick and tired of these trying to make a buck on the backs of others. That is a wopping $1.50 a mile. Unreal. The shipper in Barrie used to have decent rates. Now it is really messed up. As long as nobody is doing the loads it will work itself out. I would like to know what these people do once they are empty in New Jersey. Load out ound for terrible rates. Load inbound for terrible rates. The only thing we can do as carriers is say know to the freight. That goes to show us that alot of the load brokers have no idea on the cost of operating a truck. If the had a clue they would be embarassed to even suggest working for the "below cost " trucking rates. Sorry for the ranting but this has got to stop.

G Roch

Not all us brokers are slimy you know. Some of us actually know what costs are involved in running trucks. I think that the most deplorable factor here is G. Roch has trucks, or atleast they did in the past. 9 times out of 10 the dirtiest brokers out there are also carriers. Rule of thumb get to know who you're dealing with. If you get to know a person you know when they're feeding you a line.

Aceofspades

I'm sorry, I didn't realize that you are the only person in this industry, let alone this website that knows anything. I have been in the business for 10 years. Nine of those years were on the carrier side of things as a dispatcher. I also drove truck for a year. It seems that most of your postings are completely against brokers. What company do you work for so I can let everyone I know in the industry, that you don't need freight from anyone, because from what I read you know evereything therefore you should know every shipper in every city in North America. Why waste your time and skills here when you could be getting customers to move freight direct.

godfather

I did not say all the brokers are slime. The broker in question is. I do very little work for brokers, but the brokers I do work for are great. As well, you should be very proud of all your experience in the trucking industry. I guess that is why you call yourself "godfather."

I guess I better change my name to the Great Godfather with 26 years in this business....the one thing I know and it can be seen on this site is that it really is a very small world and what goes around comes around. I think anyone that has been around a while can see the good posts on this site, the mad ranting posts (which happens with everyone - don't even bring up Longbow around me) and the out right bullshit posts. I'm just saying instead of beating up each other let's get the ones that really deserve it. Now that I've said my 2 cents I need my afternoon nap at my age.

i'm "only" a broker aceofspades but perhaps the carriers that take a head-haul for 1.50 a mile is ltl ing back thus making a decent buck,i can't tell you how much i've only been a dispatcher for trucking companies for twenty odd years..hey low miller move over i need a nap too..lol.

I also have 20 years in this industry, and ANYONE that is doing a headhaul for $1.50/mile is doing the rest of us a favor. Because they won't be around long. If the rates are cheap don't do the load that simple.

snap and snarl

Now we have JJ Truckline posting Toronto to Milltown NJ Phone and they say it is from Barrie to East Brunswick NJ I asked could you be double brokering this His reply strangely enough was no IMAGINE THAT I asked if I were to call the shipper would they know who he was and he hung up
