Anyone know the facts of how far back a Plaintiff can go to file in Small Claims court. And if the defendant has written PAID IN FULL on the cheque and the cheque is cashed...does that mean it's over...there is no chance of recovering any short paid loads/invoices. Let me know. Thanks for your help.
