Skyway Trucking on Sismet Rd. Mississauga, we haven't used them in a while so don't know if they are still in business but I do have a current insurance certificate. Number I have is 905-614-1301, 888-680-1936

What a coincidence.. I got a call from some guy named Rui who said he works for skyway in Mississauga.. But he was using a cell phone from the USA. To give the benefit of the doubt I tried the above 905 # and it's out of service, found another # 905-270-6620 and they just answer "Hello" so to me that's a 2nd red flag.

I can say Rui is the owner of Skyway but doesnt look like a good thing.
 
noticed them this weekend

I noticed this company pulling Dolec Vans, through Hamilton-Stoney Creek area. The condition of the Vans is what caught my eye. Rough looking trailers, but the trucks looked awfully clean, and relatively new.

Hello "Update"

Patrick called today from Skyway Trucking looking for a shipment on load link we had posted. I asked him to send his stuff which had 3 references on them. 1 answers Hello 1 gave a ref and confirmed this is Sheldon of the old All Star and 1 I had to leave a message.

Gerald started calling my dispatch right away with more references and she said he sounded familiar too. I called back
and asked for Patrick. Sheldon answered (I know that voice anywhere) and said Patrick is in the truck. I asked who he is and he told me Gerald.

Safer web shows that they were using 1 long distance # for Florida 1-850- another location shows them using a 732 New Jersey # .

Did All Star burn people when he closed? Something is wierd here.

Anyway I called Gerald/Sheldon back and told him rather then set up a new carrier we have chosen to use someone else.

His new numbers for Grizzley Endeavors/Skyway Trucking are : 416-927--7093 T 416-927-8484 F
Note When Gerald/Sheldon calls he calls from 732# 's.

MC 469327 shows it was revoked from 2009 until January 2011where he was just reinstated.

Just an FYI not the same as the van carrier called Skyway Transport Mississauga contact Andrey or Lana, one of the best carriers we use. 905-270-6620
