Has anyone else had negative dealings with Simard? Particularly cutting invoices back and/or non payment?
New customer and have been nothing but a hassle. We revised rates on loads - they agreed to the new rate - payment came in with further deductions - which they simply refuse to correct. Seems they "forgot" the loads were already reduced and took it upon themselves to make further deductions. With no basis or justification for it.
Based on how they have dealt with our account and their attitude - I will bet this "practice" is common with Simard - they've done this before....
Would appreciate any information. I plan to spread the word on this outfit and let everyone know about their unethical business practices.
