Well they already went through bankruptcy protection at least once know they know how to do it right.
 
The guy in the shipping office now seem's like he emails everyone for rates but only gives the freight to a select few and I would think by his attitude that if you slipped him a kick back it would be benificial to you.
 
I used to do business with them shortly after they were spun off by Bon L and they were OK to me then. But I have a feeling they were just struggling to be competitive ... Richmond Hill was making ladders, other plants making different kinds of things that were applications of aluminum extrusion. When the ladder demand dropped, the amount of business slipped and eventually went away. And my traffic contact left.

Never had to slip him anything. As much as people are not happy when they get stiffed, I don't think this is necessarily a case of dirty players.
