BEWARE: I'm chasing Ship Intercon for a $650.00 freight bill stemming back to March 2011, they play games, false promises and hides behind voicemail.The shipper paid them a long time ago and their not pleased with this type of representation in the nonpayment matter. A Load Link nonpayment complaint is in the process of being filed against them.

We recently replaced our accounts clerk, and when I was made aware of this , a cheque was prepared to clear up the account.
 
The cheque was mailed as promised. This invoice was not posted properly to our system and we had to search to find the original. Otherwise it would have been processed on time. This situation is now resolved.
 
Ship Intercon you sure spend lots of time on this but try to answer your phone and pay your bills instead of hiding behind you computer giving kudos to yourself! I have invoice from early June and it pretty tough trying to get in touch with Linda.
