We provided transportation services to this company and completed the job Despite fulfilling our contractual obligations, we have not been paid for the work performed.
It has now been over one full year since our invoice was issued. Throughout that time, we made repeated attempts to follow up through calls, emails, and payment reminders. We were given no payment.
Waiting so long for compensation for completed work is completely unacceptable in this industry. Carriers operate on tight margins and withholding payment after services are rendered is damaging and unprofessional.
Based on our experience, we strongly caution other carriers and transportation providers to secure payment upfront or verify credit thoroughly before accepting any loads from this company.

I ran a couple loads for them late last year, paid both in 30 days.

I'm not a fan of them but there must be something holding up your payment - what's the whole story?
 
One year is much too long to wait before escalating your actions. This should have gone into the hands of a paralegal 6 months ago. I don’t mean to sound harsh, nor am I defending the negligent payer in any way whatsoever, but really, you should have been much more aggressive in your efforts to collect your payables. In spite of your delay, you should immediately seek proper legal advice and try to recoup what’s owed to you.

I agree, we have had no payment issues with them on the odd load we have completed with them.

This guys are cheap MF and worse of the worse, truly scammers, we have them in DNU
Hate them!!!
 
Never had issues with payments, some times slow. but always get paid. still being cautious

no issues on my end. Just over 30 days and auto deposited.
but they are cheap AF with rates so they are on my do not reply list for freight due to so many other having issues with them.
 
For me they pay around the 30 day mark but they will lowball you with their offers.
 
I even saw an email asking for
'give me the bestest rate'

Hard pass.....should have posted this on the joke of the day forum.
