Shan Freightways/All State Cargo Services

Anyone have dealings with either of the above? I have a suspicion that they have set up a brokerage wing called All State Cargo Services so that they can back solicit the customers of other carriers and brokers that give them loads. Please let me know if you have any info.

Hmmm, not sure. Only dealt with them once, we paid them in 45 days.
At which point they kept calling for payment, even when they cashed in the check? weird...
