Hey, listen everyone. Nobody's perfect and sometimes stuff is going to happen.
BUT there's usually a consequence when something happens and in this case it's that the truck left.
BTW -- if it's LTL, no way one can wait ... when it's truckload, it can usually work out but if someone thinks it's too much trouble, well that's what happens. There are some areas where there are 4-5 loads to Canada for every load going out, so everyone has to be mindful of this and make sure their stuff is marketable.
