The owner got back to us and all is good. We have used them a few times and have not had issues with service. Just got worried that we couldn't get through and was hoping someone had a different contact as they only have the one number posted.

SGS EXPRESS- carrier lied to us couple of times about the status of the load and delivery ETA, and created a FAKE POD and said it's delivered. Please beware !

Same story with us, told us on Tuesday that driver is on site for delivery over the phone.. later on receiver told us that the driver never showed up, we reached out to SGS & they told us driver hooked the wrong trailer he's leaving yard now.. we called them 20 times but no response. They finally delivered the load today and it was picked up last Friday from ON going to Nebraska which is a 1000-mile lane. The site ended up paying 3 days of labor cost for nothing plus the tariff 25% if (not sure if its applicable yet). Now that his factoring wants our confirmation before releasing the payment, he's replying to emails on time and calling us after every hour and telling us the true picture that he's driver didn't want to leave because of bad weather and all.

Just for reference, this load was not double brokered. We've verified with receiver.

DNU for me, 1st load they p/u 4 hours late after telling us the driver was on site. 2nd load told us was picked up, then customer calls and asks for trucks ETA. When confronted stated they had multiple p/u and got confused, the load didn't p/u 'till the next day (too late to recover). When del 2nd load, told us the load was delivered. When we called the customer to confirm, the customer said no truck had shown up yet. They then change their story and told us the truck broke down close to the customer. No answers on the ph and no answers on email. DNU fos me.
