Today I'm celebrating a one year anniversary of a non payment from Setram International...been trying to call this guy for a year now and still no response....the one time I reached him, that was 6 months ago, he told me he sent it the day before.... guess what never received it....should anyone know where to find him, please let me know...thanks

You need to post more information. ie: names, addresses & phone numbers. Some of us may know where they have disappeared to or other information that may help you track them down.

On our DNU list for quite a while.

Famous for double brokering, holding freight hostoge and not paying his carriers. Last time I remember he was renting an office the size of a closet in Lasalle, QC. He has been around for a while. I marked the last address I have in my system.

Two things

1- He probably has caller ID and is avoiding you, so even if you would call from another number I doubt he would give you a load as you would have to identify yourself.

2- As for seizing the load, I really doubt that a caracter of his type will get impressed by it, as he mastered those tricks long time ago. But on top of it, you probably wouldn't even hurt him as it probably already is a double brokered load, plus you would be going down to his low standard of ethics, and probably penalizing somebody else in the process. As i can see you didnt really apreciated being screwed, why follow his foot steps ?
