Sending Payments by Fedex

Just got an invoice from Fedex re: Kode Transport.

F.Y.I.

Beware if you ship using Fedex.

Even if you use the consignee's account number and indicate on the waybill to invoice them, if he doesn't pay, you must pay the bill.

I spoke to a supervisor in the Head office in Mississauga and he won't do anything about it. This was shipped over 3 months ago.

Had that happen once before but refused to pay. Was not the one who called it in and was not my account number. I told Fedex they didn't have the right to just go around charging anyone they felt like to get they're money back. Take them to small claims like anyone else would have to do. Never saw an invoice after that.
