Worked with this guy in Nov 2016, still waiting for the payment. After 90 days we started contacting "Shane Stanley" for the payment as it was pass 90 days, every time he had one excuse that he will speak to John about it and will call us back, which we never received from him. After that he stop answering our phone call from office number. Last week we posted about his company under different thread on Insidetransport.com, and at the end of the day he texted me that ""i should have called him before posting anything about his company. and now i can wait for my payment" which in fact we did call him multiple times but never got any answer back from him other than "ill speak to John".
 
I would strongly suggest that you do the Bill of Lading Act and go after his customer for payment.

Hello Blondie, we did try that. The customer doesn't look like is ready to help us. Only thing he told us to contact Shane as he can't really do anything with that.
 
Hi Sunny,

Calling a customer and sending them the invoice, with their name on it, with a copy of the BOL act are two VERY different things. Works wonders in my opinion.
Give it a try. It's your money......nothing to lose.

It's amazing how a little old fashioned 'embarrassment' can encourage people to do the right thing...
