Have only ever given them one shipment (last year Sep 2010) Mississauga to Drummondville
Picked up and delivered the next day BOL )and supporting paperwork matches correctly).

They were to load for us in MI -> QC Monday 10AM. Called Martine when the truck did not show by 10:30 and was told truck was on site. Talked to shipper and there was no Savoie truck. Called her again, and she said oh truck was at wrong address is on way.
At 1130AM still no truck, again Martine where is the MI truck... She said MI oh I thought you were looking for the AL truck.... Of which they were not covering a load for us, the city names were the same so maybe could have happened had I not stated MI truck about 10 times at that point.
Anyhow truck never showed Monday, was to be in for 8AM Tuesday. Call first thing in morning where is your truck.. Oh bad news truck is broke down 45 min from loading will be fixed soon... So 10AM still not on site email from Martine truck is on way be there 45 min. Email at 1045 and was told truck in door.
Shipper calls me at noon, uhhh where is your truck... Again call Savoie oh uhh driver is stopped 5 min from load for lunch....
Need less to say beyone frustrating put on do not use list
