I'll suggest a different angle as well. If you have a relationship with an LTL carrier (such as Polaris), try calling them and asking who their interliner is in that area.
Or on the same line of thought, post LTL from San Francisco to GTA (***as a test only
) and speak to the LTL carriers about who they use in the area.
